Applications
HDPE hot-melt powder is mainly used in underlinen and interlining fabric industry with powder point process as well as other fields in which adhesion is available by powder scattering or powder point coating such as carpet and plastic coating for internal surface of steel pipes. Moreover, HDPE hot-melt powder can be utilized in automobile industry as adhering materials for interior accessories such as ceiling, trunk, interior accessories, carpet and gasket for automobile frame.

In possession of a set of imported production units and 15 sets of domestic production units, Xinsu Company is the biggest production base for hot-melt powder in China, with an annual capacity of 15000 tons.

Its location near the Plastic Plant of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation makes it convenient for Xinsu Company to purchase raw materials with low cost. Also it establishes long-term cooperation relationship with Korean LG to guarantee the long-term steady supply of raw materials.
Advantages in production process:
Whole close and internal equalized cascade method is adopted during production. Systematic dust collecting, low loss, pollution-free system meets requirements of environmental protection.
Advantages in quality:
Steady quality and good flowability; normal granularity distribution particles permits no glue permeation. It seems like sphere under microscope. Containing no fiber, it is equal to those advanced imported products. Lining cloth produced with this powder has even brightness and good tactile feel, is resistant to dry cleaning, washing and sand washing, and bears strong cohesiveness.
